Key Responsibilities
Produce and maintain sales, performance, and pipeline dashboards and reports
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reporting governance across systems
Administer CRM and reporting platforms, including user access and support
Automate recurring reports to improve accuracy and efficiency
Partner with commercial and finance teams to align KPIs and reporting standards
Identify system improvements and scalable reporting solutions
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or similar
3–5 years' experience in reporting, BI, or systems administration
