Reports Analyst Lead

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least 2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst Lead in a BPO setting
• Solid understanding of contact center operations
• Experience presenting reports to clients or senior management
• Strong knowledge of KPIs and performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficient in Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivots, dashboards, automation)
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge in VBA, MS Access, SQL, or BI tools is a plus
• Open to individual contributors
• Can work onsite in Ortigas and on shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP
