Role summary

In this position you will provide VW and Audi dealers and clients with an exceptional automotive financing experience. You will reflect the values of VW Finance/Audi Finance as an organization that fosters learning and continuous improvement while at the same time, placing service excellence as our most important goal. Role responsibilities
· Data entry of customer and contract information.
· Audits all documentation for completeness and compliance to Legal and VCCI guidelines and policies. Insures that the terms of the contract are consistent with the credit approval.
· Contact dealers with identified discrepancies in file for immediate resolution if possible.
· Contact dealers by fax, e-mail or telephone for missing, incomplete or incorrect information.
· Analyze contract structure to assign the correct marketing program to ensure proper dealer reserve payment and/or subvention billing.
