We are looking for support to assist in all activities for our rapidly growing insurance agency based in Los Angeles, California. You do not need to have a valid insurance license but experience working in insurance and within an agency management system is required.

**Responsibilities will include**:
- AMS (nowcerts) data ingestion
- Certificate processing
- Application submissions
- Renewal processing
- Binder and Policy Processing
- Online quoting
- Endorsement processing
**Qualifications**:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service Representative experience.
- At least 1 year of General Liability, Worker's Comp, and/or Disability Insurance experience required.
- At least 1 year of working in an agency management system
- High English proficiency (both written and verbal)
