Reputation and Stakeholder Management Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
The Reputation and Stakeholder Management (RSM) Manager is responsible for defining and executing strategies that is aligned with the overall direction of the Transition Business Group, including representing the Business Group in mutually beneficial relationships with government
institutions and agencies in its areas of operations (Visayas operations).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages governance framework for all pillars related to RSM (Stakeholder Management, External Relations, CSR, Branding and Corporate Communications) and ensures that the frameworks are continuously reviewed and updated regularly.
Formulate and implement capability development programs for the organization using training needs analysis in order to reach desired stakeholder maturity.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders to garner an understanding of their needs, set expectations and ensure outcomes.
