Responsibilities

• Identify potential community concerns and execute proactive measures to mitigate effects, including the implementation and management of a community grievance mechanism.
• Extend assistance to BU Site management team on matters that would require community support.
• Receive community grievances and identify options or strategies to address said grievances.
• Monitor and audit the implementation of CSR and ER 1-94 projects and ensure its timely completion.
• Support in maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to garner an understanding of their needs, set expectations and ensure outcomes.
