Reputation and Stakeholder Management Support Specialist

Role Summary:

The position is responsible for providing support towards the fulfillment of Reputation and Stakeholder Management's (RSM) strategy and execution of its programs.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies programs or initiatives to continuously continuously improve stakeholder management in the Business Unit.
• Ensure that local grievances and concerns coming from various stakeholders are properlycollated, monitored, and addressed immediately.
• Periodically reviews and provides recommendations on potential improvements to the existing processes and guidelines of the department.
• Coordinate with various departments in gathering data pertaining to Environmental, Social,and Governance (ESG) initiatives for the Business Group.
• Administer RSM'sperformance management platforms to monitor the team'sperformance vs these objectives.
