Key Responsibilities

• Drive the overall financial strategy, planning, and business growth initiatives for the group.
• Partner with the Board and leadership to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
• Oversee group financial consolidation, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes.
• Manage multi-country finance operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Lead treasury, cash flow management, and fund-raising activities including banking relationships.
• Strengthen governance, internal controls, risk management, and audit frameworks.
