Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python-based visualization libraries to track key performance indicators (KPIs) in real time.
Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast equipment performance, maintenance needs, and production outcomes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define data requirements, improve data collection processes, and ensure data integrity across systems.
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-backed solutions to improve design, manufacturing, and testing processes.
Automate repetitive data tasks using SQL, Python, or R to increase reporting efficiency and reduce manual errors.
