KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent & Crew Contracting: Draft and negotiate "Iron-Clad" agreements for A-list actors, directors, showrunners, and daily-wage technicians.
IP Acquisition: Handle the legal chain-of-title for scripts, book adaptations, and musical compositions.
Production Legals: Manage on-ground legalities for co-productions, including location releases, insurance claims, and labor law compliance.
Monetization & Syndication: Draft licensing deals for satellite TV, digital OTT platforms, and international distribution.
Brand & Integration: Negotiate "In-film/In-show" branding deals, ensuring clear disclosure and usage rights.
