Job Description

  • Lead the execution of daily operational tasks with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and consistency

  • Continuously evaluate workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven process improvements

  • Provide timely updates to supervisors and stakeholders on project status and operational metrics
  • Support onboarding and training efforts for new team members when needed
