THE MANDATE: You are being hired as a Craft Specialist. Crayons is looking for someone who understands that a billboard or a newspaper jacket is a different beast than a social media post. You must be able to command attention from a moving vehicle or a turning page through bold art direction, masterful layout, and a deep understanding of visual hierarchy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conceptual Art Direction: Take a brief and turn it into a high-impact visual narrative that works primarily in static, large-format environments.

Print Mastery: Lead the art direction for newspaper ads, magazine spreads, and high-end brochures—ensuring every pixel and point size is perfect.

OOH Innovation: Design for massive hoardings, transit media (Metro/Bus), and ambient installations. Think beyond the rec...
