Require a Regional Acquisition Manager in Mumbai

DEPARTMENT: Music Acquisition & Content

THE MANDATE: You are the Talent & Content Scout. Your mission is to identify high-potential music—specifically in the Regional and Devotional genres—and bring it under the Zee Music banner. This is a 360-degree role involving Commercial Negotiation, Artist Management, On-ground Production, and Legal Documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A&R & Acquisition: Identify and onboard promising regional tracks and Hindi singles. Negotiate commercials to ensure Zee gets the best value for its catalog.

Legal & Documentation: Own the Paperwork. Work with legal teams to finalize agreements, manage drafts, and prepare internal factsheets for project approvals.

Production Liaison: Go on-ground for music video shoots, finalize concepts with directors, and cast artists for the Zee Music Originals series.
