Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful deliverables
Partner with department heads and senior leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and performance analysis
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements
Manage and optimize financial operations using MS Dynamics ERP and other relevant systems
Drive cost management initiatives and support capital planning efforts
