Manage all aspects of Zoom and Zoom Plus platform operations from setup to post-event follow-up Provide timely troubleshooting and technical support during live sessions and events Ensure smooth execution of online events, including pre-event testing, real-time monitoring, and post-event documentation Collaborate with team members to optimize session workflows and enhance user experience Address technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions during live broadcasts Requirements 1. Strong knowledge of end-to-end Zoom / Zoom Plus operations 2. Troubleshooting and technical support skills 3. Good communication skills 4.
