Job Description
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Provide technical support to engineering teams, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
