KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather and analyze requirements from clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and development teams
  • Act as a mediator between clients and developers to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager
  • Strong experience in requirement gathering and client communication
  • Ability to act as a mediator between clients and technical teams
  • Experience working with existing clients
  • Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies
