Require plastering a wall: smooth finish and repaint prep

I'm looking for a skilled handyman to plaster a small interior wall and prepare it for painting. The wall is roughly 4m by 2.5m with a few minor imperfections. I need a smooth, even finish, some light sanding, and a primer applied before paint. The space is a living room; access is straightforward, and I can provide paint and tools if needed. I'd prefer someone with experience in plastering gypsum boards, finishing joints, and addressing any small cracks.
