Requirements & Capabilities Director

Raytheon (RAY) is looking for a Requirements & Capabilities Director for Raytheon’s wholly owned foreign subsidiary located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE). This position will create competitive advantages for the company by strengthening our solutions, performance, and relationships in the UAE. The role supports top‑line global growth in Raytheon, providing effective and low‑cost solutions for critical mission areas. It partners with Raytheon Technologies (RTX) mission areas and functions to develop and drive Raytheon Emirates, Limited (REL) strategy and business growth objectives.

The Requirements & Capabilities Director will drive Enterprise engagement with participation in industry and government committees, councils, and studies. The role will report directly to the Vice President, Requirements & Capabilities, and CENTCOM Region, and be matrixed to the Managing Director of REL as a member of the Leadership Team.
