Requirements Engineer

Matchtech is working with a key client in Toronto to support the recruitment of a number of Requirements Engineers. These roles are open to various grades/levels and offering competitive renumeration packages depending on the grade/years of industry experience. These positions are looking for permanent staff to work on high profile railway and transit projects on a hybrid basis. As a Requirements Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale rail infrastructure projects. You'll lead requirements management activities across the full project lifecycle in line with ISO/IEC 15288 practices, ensuring clarity, compliance, and collaboration at every stage.
