**What You Will Do** **:**

We are seeking a Requirements Traceability Lead/Chief Scrum Master to lead end-to-end requirements lifecycle management for a statewide court management system implementation. This is a hybrid full-time position located in Nashville, TN.

+ Lead development and maintenance of requirements traceability across system lifecycle (business requirements through testing and deployment)
+ Leads and coordinates multiple Scrum teams—facilitating cross-team collaboration, resolving shared blockers, and driving consistent Agile practices at scale
