Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Efficiently track Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and/or PE/VC transactions, and accurately and concisely transpose relevant information into internal database/s. 
Collect, analyze, and process financial market information from various data sources and into the database/s utilized by the team. 
Execute audit resolutions and recommendations for market specific guidelines. 
Research company filings for financial data and value-added information related to M&A and/or PE/VC deals. 
Create and refine market specific guidelines as assigned. 
Provide accurate and reliable information for clients and ensure the integrity of the company's financial market information. 
Generate monthly reports addressing the M&A or PE/VC transactions market for clients, media, and the investment community. 
Research and resolve data issues and questions from both internal and external clients.
