Title of the Role: RESEARCH ANALYST, Customer Experience
The Research Analyst, CE is responsible for creating reports that monitor implementation and measure return on investment. The position uses technical skills to extract, clean, and analyze internal software data, as well as document implementation and impact of online solutions on student achievement.
Essential Job Functions
⦁ Extract data from the company's Learning Management Systems using SQL, R, and/or other data analytical tools.
⦁ Clean, compile, and analyze customer data and draw appropriate conclusions.
⦁ Consult with customers regarding needs for data; work with database engineers to design query for pulling appropriate data, automate tedious tasks, and analyze and summarize data for customer explanation.
⦁ Develop data dictionaries and memos that define reportable metrics across the company's Learning Management Systems.
