Research and Copywriting Analyst

I'm looking for a
Research & Copywriting Analyst
to support personalized outbound outreach to senior decision-makers (C-level executives) at mid-to-large enterprises.

This role sits at the intersection of
research, structure, and writing
. You'll be responsible for deeply understanding our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), researching target accounts and contacts, and turning that research into clear, personalized email and LinkedIn messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Research target accounts, industries, and senior stakeholders (C-suite, VPs, Directors)
• Build and maintain structured lead lists with a high level of accuracy
• Write and manage personalized email and LinkedIn outreach messages
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and attention to detail across CRM records
• Follow defined outreach processes and continuously improve execution quality
