Job Description
- Responsible on all the trial that is part of product development which includes but not limited to:
- New or improved/ modified moulds
- New material and/or new material formulation of resin, masterbatch colorant, and other material additives
- New labels
- Coordinates with all the concern departments for scheduling and planning of the trial.
- Arrange and ensure that all necessary equipment and material on the trial are complete and available.
- Secures necessary data and samples for future references.
- Conducts general evaluation and provide recommendation on the result of the trial.
- Suggest and propose improvement on the product design and process of manufacturing as deemed necessary.
- Assist R&D DCA on the creation and update of all product specifications.
- Coordinate and monitor machine shop job request initiated by the department.
