Research and Development Assistant

Responsibilities

• Product Development & Improvement: Assist in the formulation of new recipes and conduct trials for both new products and the enhancement of existing items. This often includes bench-top development and supporting scale-up to pilot or full-scale production runs.
• Testing and Evaluation: Conduct various tests, including sensory evaluations (taste, texture, appearance), shelf-life studies, and analytical tests to evaluate product quality and stability.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of all R&D activities, formulations, and test results. Prepare technical documentation, product specifications, and support the preparation of documents for regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, HACCP, GMP).
