Position: R&D Assistant
Work Setup: Mon to Sat - Onsite

Role Summary You are the foundational support system of the R&D laboratory. While the Formulator drives the formulation strategy, you are responsible for keeping the R&D engine running smoothly. This role focuses on preparing bench-scale experiments, maintaining lab equipment, organizing raw materials, and assisting in the evaluation of powdered beverages, supplements and beauty products.

Prior experience specifically in food/beverage product development is an advantage for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Bench-Scale Support: Prepare ingredients, equipment, and workstations for the Formulator to execute experiments for new formulations.
• Sample Preparation & Sensory Evaluation: Assist in preparing product prototypes for sensory testing, ensuring accurate measurements for flavor, texture, and solubility evaluations.
