Job Description

  1. Develop new product recipe or match existing competitor products and submit results to General Manager/R&D Manager for evaluation.
  2. Bachelor's degree required for this position.
  3. Sourcing of new raw ingredients equipment or machineries for R&D project.
  4. In-charge of the product development projects initiated by a request from the Sales Department.
  5. Prepares sample request by client.
  6. Will do researching and improve current products, develop new products and expansion of product ranges to meet the Company's target within the time frame.
  7. Works with outside supplier for alternate ingredients and process that could benefit the product either through quality improvement or cost reduction.
  8. Facilitates transition of new products from laboratory to production through batch trial run.
