Position Qualifications:
Research & Development – Bakery
-Ability to work long hours to get the job done.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry Arts, or a related field
-Formal training in baking science, pastry, or product development is an advantage
-Professional Experience
-Minimum 2–5 years of experience in bakery R&D, product development, or professional baking
-Hands-on experience with bread, cakes, pastries, and specialty baked goods
-Experience developing new recipes from concept to commercialization
-Background in Korean, Japanese, French, or artisanal baking styles is a plus
-Experience in scaling recipes from test kitchen to production level
-Technical & Functional Skills
-Strong understanding of baking chemistry and ingredient functionality
