Research and Development Formulator

I. Duties and Responsibilities

• Research and development of new products
• Prepares formulation for costing of products for development and improvement
• Conducts pre-formulation studies with extensive research
• Conducts trial and pilot batches
• Sets technical specifications for finished products being developed
• Prepares documents for initial registration
• Participates in the implementation of QMS, cGMP, and GLP

II. Job Qualification

• Graduate of BS-Chemistry, BS-Chemical Engineering, BS-Pharmacy, preferably with license.
• With a strong personality and good leadership skills.
• Can handle and motivate people well.
• Analytical, with initiative, and can work under pressure
• cGMP oriented.
