Leadership and Team Management
Lead and manage the Research and Innovation team, including the Technical Services, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs departments.
Provide clear direction, set objectives, and oversee the day-to-day activities of team members.
Research and Development Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive R&D strategy to drive innovation and improve eyewear design and technology.
