Research And Development Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Analyzes Company's directions, growth strategies and business objectives in order to handle the current/future product requirements of its customers and market.
• Formulates, plans, monitors and evaluates the established Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures (OGSM) of the PRD Department (including individual positions) aligned with the overall OGSM of the Company while ensuring effective implementation of best practices in product research and development, increasing cost-effectiveness and quality of new/enhanced/alternative products.
• Contributes to new business initiatives, products and projects through continuous studies, research and development activities while ensuring competitive price, profitability and increase in market shares.
• Manages, communicates and cascades the OGSM within the PRD Department.
