Job Overview
Our Research & Innovation Department is looking for a Research & Innovation Assistant with strong analytical thinking, numerical aptitude, and the potential to grow into a future specialist or leadership role.

This role is open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals. Prior industry experience is not required—what matters most is your ability to think critically, work with data and measurements, and your willingness to learn under the direct mentorship of the R&I Department Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in testing, developing, and evaluating new and existing food products
• Conduct product trials, measurements, sample preparation, and data gathering
