What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years FMCG R&D experience with proven new product launches.
Strong skills in formulation, pilot testing, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation.
Familiarity with FDA and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to communicate technical findings clearly.
Innovative, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
