What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years FMCG R&D experience with proven new product launches.
• Strong skills in formulation, pilot testing, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with FDA and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
