Research and Development Specialist

OVERVIEW :

Conduct specific laboratory research and analysis to develop new products and improve existing paint formulations and manufacturing processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

● Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

● Fluent in verbal and written communication skills.

● Computer literate.

● Color perception skills.

● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts specific laboratory testing and analysis based on the requirement of the new developed paint formulation.
• Conduct reformulations based on product evaluation, raw material availability, cost consideration, and production processing.
• Evaluate new and alternate raw materials essential for immediate production usage.
• Perform laboratory work as required in the Research and Development Request.
