Research and Development Specialist

You will lead the journey from a creative spark to a commercialized masterpiece, ensuring our products are as innovative and delicious as they are stable and scalable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formula Engineering: Develop and optimize recipes for commercial scale, focusing on shelf-life extension, texture stability, and ingredient cost-efficiency.
• Commercialization & Scaling: Conduct factory trials to ensure product integrity remains consistent when moving from small batches to mass production.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain the Technical Bible of the company, including:
• SOPs: Detailed manufacturing instructions.
• Product Spec Sheets: Defining physical, chemical, and sensory attributes.
