Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Innovate, develop, research and design products according to market requirements with competitive price.
• Developing processes that are production friendly, and converting prototype laboratory samples to production batches, and modify when needed.
• Establishing standardized processes and instructions for production use
• Conducting research on various functional ingredients and assess them for possible cost reduction and product improvement.

Required Skills/Competencies

• With Background in Food Ingredients Functionality like meat preservatives, phosphates, curing salts, emulsifiers, extenders, acidulants, sweeteners, thickeners, bakery enzymes and preservative, flavors and flavor enhances
• Must have at least 1 year of product development or R&D experience from concept to commercialization
