2. Designing and executing experiments to test new formulations, ingredients and production methods
3. Analysing data and interpreting results to optimise product quality and safety

5. Documenting findings and preparing reports to share with key stakeholders
6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to inform R&D priorities
