Job Description
- Interfacing with sales& marketing department and its internal and external clients on the technical aspects of product development;
- By providing technical information thru material analysis of every new product for development and/or sample laminates from competitor.
- By interacting with the client to determine and recommend the appropriate material structure and package format.
- By preparing technical documents – COI and PSDS for the samples to be submitted
- By attending machine trial runs of the sample at the client's end.
- Working hand-in-hand with logistics group in developing alternative raw materials.
- Working hand-in-hand with production department regarding machine trial runs of the alternative raw materials and samples as requested by client/suppliers.
- Working closely with sales & marketing group for product development requests of client.
