RESEARCH AND INNOVATION MANAGER: POST HARVEST
Reporting to the GM: Technical Services, this opportunity is suited to a driven and technically strong professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Research & Innovation Manager will join our Packing Division in Grabouw and play a key role in advancing innovation within a progressive and quality-focused operation.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and initiate evaluation of new storage, sorting and packing technologies
• Explore and initiate innovation in packing formats and packaging materials
• Oversee fruit storage and handling trials
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with service providers of sorting, packing and storage technologies
