RESEARCH AND INNOVATION MANAGER: POST HARVEST 
Reporting to the GM: Technical Services, this opportunity is suited to a driven and technically strong professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Research & Innovation Manager will join our Packing Division in Grabouw and play a key role in advancing innovation within a progressive and quality-focused operation.
  
Responsibilities: 
Investigate and initiate evaluation of new storage, sorting and packing technologies. 
Explore and initiate innovation in packing formats and packaging materials 
Oversee fruit storage and handling trials 
Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with service providers of sorting, packing and storage technologies.
