Research Assistant I - Molecular Oncology

The Molecular and Cellular department strives to enhance basic research excellence by establishing a robust research group focused on the molecular and cellular aspects of cancer research, particularly in signaling pathways and crosstalk between tumor and tumor microenvironment in tumor initiation, progression and metastasis, and resistance to various therapies.
The position will provide technical support for laboratory- based cancer research. The primary purpose of the Research Assistant I is to provide technical assistance for mouse colony management, animal treatment and other molecular biology experiments. Additional duties will include assistance with organizing reagents and samples, and assistance with general laboratory duties including ordering lab reagents, consumables and receiving shipments.
