Research Assistant

This position is responsible for providing field and laboratory support to Field Agronomists in the conduct of field trials (herbicide, insecticide, and fungicide) on all relevant crops. The role assists Field Agronomists in generating necessary data and recommendations for the development of research compounds aimed at improving the BCS product portfolio. The position also supports the preparation and filing of experimental protocols and documentation required to secure local sample importation and permits for trial establishment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Agriculture, major in Crop Protection or other related disciplines
• At least one (1) year of experience in field, laboratory, and greenhouse work
• Willing to work in Calauan, Laguna
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented
