Background

DotBio is a highly innovative biopharmaceutical company with a mission to design the most effective multi-functional antibody therapies and facilitate the clinical development process. We generate hundreds of multi-functional antibodies with high manufacturing potential and screen them in high-throughput phenotypic assays against diverse cancer and immune targets. This approach allows interrogating multiple immuno-oncology target combinations simultaneously and identification of the most potent antibody candidates ready to transition to clinical development.
