Primeobjectiveof the ADS-R&D Bioconjugates Research function (Oss) is to provide best-in-class targeted delivery technologies,development of protein conjugation technologies,linkersand payloads. General focus is on cytotoxicADCs,howeverother modalities to beemployed inindications such as immuno-oncology, targeted gene therapy, neuromuscular disease, neurodegenerationare also being pursued.
AResearchAssociateBiochemistrysupports the ADS R&D agenda in the field of bioconjugation by contributing to theexecution,and documentation of bioconjugation activities. In this role, the Research Associate performs a wide range of experimental tasks, ensuring high‑quality and reproducible results.
