Job Description:

As a Research Associate (RS), you will be part of the Talent Analytics Team in Human Capital Solutions department of Abacus. You will be given hands‑on experience on different Compensation & Benefits projects for a wide range of local and multinational organizations from different sectors.

Ideal candidate should have:

• Commitment to excel
• A Team Player who gets along well with others
• The ability to work on tight timelines

Experience : Around 1 year of experience in the field of HR / Rewards/Payrole

Education : MBA (HRM)/Masters from an HEC recognized university with majors in HR

Skills:

• Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel & Power Point
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
