This role is a key part of both executive search research and business development efforts, supporting senior Partners and Principals with market intelligence, candidate identification, pitch preparation, and CRM management. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and skilled at translating complex research into actionable insights for client‑facing initiatives.
