Research Associate in Glaciology

We are recruiting two Postdoctoral Research Associates in Glaciology as part of a new five-year research programme funded by the Royal Society on Surface Hydrology on Antarctic Ice shelves. Depending on the successful candidates’ expertise, the role will involve remote sensing, mathematical modelling and/or fieldwork, all aimed at increasing our understanding of how water moves across the surface of ice shelves.

You will join a growing team of graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and other researchers at Imperial, The British Antarctic Survey, Northumbria University, and elsewhere.
