Job Overview
This position covers responsibilities pertaining to design, implementation, and evaluation of the ongoing projects in the maternal, newborn child, adolescents health, nutrition and immunization.
Responsibilities
1. Support literature reviews, drafting proposal sections including study designs, analytical plans project, work plans and budgets inline with donor TORs and RFPs.
2. Supervise staff hiring, trainings and provide support to project staff (including field teams) stationed at the project site.
3. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, donors and the Government for projects.
4. Contribute to results monitoring and provide reporting and documentation internally and to external donors regarding PHC Global's projects and activities.
5. Conduct field visits to assess the challenges and facilitate implementation as needed.
